Parenting Advice is my favorite Cerno. I know you don't take your own fatherhood lightly - and I know that you don't take the parenting advice you give others lightly either.
I truly benefit from your “mommy blogger” side (for instance, I always remember your advice about how kids pick up a parent’s vibe, so true) so parenting tips/approaches are appreciated. One question along those lines is where do you draw the line between a need for creativity/independence/adventure and the modern childhood expectations of sitting still and quiet or you’ll get drugged? See more along this line here:
Yes. A mommy blogger topic I’d be interested in is parenting approach to gender. Obviously I wish it just wasn’t a topic. But if you have teachers and YouTube and the outside influence supporting kids questioning their gender--have much do you preemptively address that, if at all?
Your content about masculinity, self-development, Danger and Play type of stuff, but written with your new perspectives and writing skills which you've acquired over last 10 years. It would be truly moving.
You asked a rhetorical question a while back along the lines of “how would US foreign policy look different if it were managed by a chaos demon bent on maximum suffering?”.
I’d be interested in more of your thoughts on where spiritual warfare and demons may be influencing things that appear secular or mundane.
Thanks for what you do. I’ve learned a lot from your recommendations.
Years ago I listened to a podcast where you were interviewed on your writing process. It was incredible. I would love to get your thoughts on blogging. Is it still a place to grow? You are versatile with Twitter, your own blog, and now also with this Substack, I am curious as to your opinion on various outlets. Thank you!
1. The differences of dating for sex versus dating for love. Dating akin to Andrew Tate's philosophy versus the Bible. 2. Humility and/ versus Confidence. Serving others akin to the Bible while living in the world of nature with dominance hierarchies. 3. How to think about pre-martial sex.
You are a savant in strategizing. I would love to read the Beginner, Advanced and Expert level of strategy, reading the table/room, positioning in business, family, life, etc.
Really appreciate your long writing & you bless us every day.
Daily life lessons and stories. Things you did right. Things you did wrong. Fun stories from life. Like your gardening adventures! Also even tho I’m a middle aged mom I love your supplement tips. NAC is fabulous.
Agree and would appreciate a repository that gets updated. One source of truth so to speak. I have my standard blood labs and keep adding to them as Cerno tweets new options -- would love a central hub. Example - I remember reading something about Heart test/ calcium(?). Supposed to be extensive. But unable to find it.
I used to wear minimal shoes until you blogged about getting shoes with some padding and now my knees don't hurt at the end of the day and I get more steps in regularly.
There was something else similar(but can't remember right now) that was simple and health related.
Wouldn't mind seeing more old man insight on how to best maintain health. These little bits have been helpful to me.

Would love to hear more of your perspective on religious/spiritual topics.

Completely agree on this.

Dad of 2 girls - turning 4 and turning 2.
Going to try homeschooling, wife being the teacher.
I'm curious about best-in-class resources/programs and general advice/tips.

I too, second - that subject, as to it being the core of many of us living in this world today. Well said.
What type of mind must you have in order to discern the times? What is the foundational belief that you build upon all your other moral principles?
What does that "mind" think and do?

The health and fitness content have had the most direct impact on my life. I'm always happy to be recommended a new protocol or product.
