At this point, Absolute Prosecutorial Immunity must be abolished. As you pointed out, if this were a civil case, the complaint is sanctionable. But, as a prosecutor, the proud chipmunk is completely insulated from liability and the bar wont discipline him.
Here in Europe most people I know are v comfortable with Trump's arrest – even though very vague on the crimes.

A lot of people were uncomfortable with Assange political arrest – but seems it successfully paved the road for Western legal systems to be used against political opponents.
